One-2-One Sessions
One 2 One Sessions are safe, gentle & effective, using hands-on guided movements to help you learn to lengthen & relax your muscles & find new and efficient functional movement patterns.
Group Somatic Movement Classes
Relaxing and uplifting classes, involving simple movements done comfortably on the floor. Classes focuses on a particular area of the body, or a common movement pattern.
