Stress Management Classes

Small group classes, meeting once weekly for a 4 week course, exploring the causes of stress & how it manifests in our bodies. The classes will help you identify your own personal stressors, & teach you a variety of mind & body techniques from east & west - from yoga, meditation, Somatics, hypnotherapy - to combat the negative effects of stress & develop your capacity to 'go with the flow'.
